Engaging in the Process

I completed the Awakening - The Dive last night just before bed. Given that it was my second day trying the Holosync program, I found it was soothing, however a bit long. I found myself peeking at the clock, wanting to write down a few ideas or thoughts so I wouldn't forget them when I was through, and I was a bit restless/fidgety. Of course I assume this is normal for most not used to this sort of activity, but it is for that reason I am trying to give this program a good solid shot. As a typical ADD'er, i have a lot of trouble with my mind wandering from place to place and not turning off. It seems to focus on anything and everything except that which I am trying to focus on. That being the case for a good part of my life, I am really going to make a concerted effort to "Engage" in the process. During the course of my day all too often, as one thing is being undertaken, all of a sudden, the mind begins to skip ahead to what's next. As Eckhart Tolle say's in his bestseller "The Power of Now", you must be in the present, and focus on what is before you, here and now.

  1. Hi there, welcome to holosync. Good luck. I have also just started relatively relatively recently (about 3 months ago), looking forward to reading your experiences.

  2. Good luck with Holosync. I started using Awakening Prologue in October of last year - completed it and started Awakening Level 1 through CD 3 and decided to take a break. When I first started it, I didn't think it was doing anything but then started noticing I was more comfortable in crowds.. I had done some previous work on shadow material (google '3-2-1 shadow') AND Byron Katie's The Work so those together with Holosync brought about a huge life-changing shift in my experience. Look forward to following your experience with holosync. I did it in the mornings. Best to you!

Plosiguant, how have you found it thus far?

onwakingup, I've been doing it at night just before bed, do you get up earlier in the day in order to do it first thing? What would you suggest may be more effective?

    Thanks and cheers!
